Vima Clinical Ltd (company no. 13115689, 19 St Christopher's Way, Derby DE24 8JY) is the data controller for vimasignal.com. We collect the minimum needed to run an organisation-licensed service, and nothing else: no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising.

What we hold and why
Licensing and sign-inYour work email address, your organisation's name and ODS code, and the emails of named colleagues your licence holder adds. Used to operate your licence and send sign-in links. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
Sign-in logThe time and IP address of each sign-in, recorded against the named user. Used for security and to enforce fair use of organisation licences. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Watchlists and alertsThe products you choose to watch, used only to show your watchlist and send you alert emails about those products.
The weekly digestYour email address, held with double opt-in confirmation. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which deletes your address from the list.
PaymentsCard payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers; we hold only the Stripe customer and subscription references needed to operate your licence.

Cookies, processors, retention
CookiesOne essential cookie (vs_s) after you sign in, which keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. It is HttpOnly and used for nothing else. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
ProcessorsCloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery) process data on our behalf under their own GDPR commitments, with UK/EU transfer safeguards where data leaves the UK.
RetentionLicence and account data is kept for the life of the licence and up to 12 months after; sign-in logs up to 12 months; digest addresses until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rightsYou can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing hello@vimasignal.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
